RIF1 and RIF2 complexes started functioning between 2011 and 2013. They are situated in a common closed territory, 200m from the beach and at a 5-minute walking distance from the center of Ravda village.

 

Such amenities as all-year functioning shops, restaurants, cafes, bus stop and Aqua Park are also within walking distance.

 

The ancient city of Nessebar is only 1.5 km away, The Sunny Beach Complex – 5km away, and Burgas – 25 km away.

Location

RIF complex is located in a good spot, in a distance just five minutes walk from two sandy beaches. In a few minutes it can reach the village center and Aqua Park. Near the complex there are many shops, including working year round, catering, a bus stop. To the nearest international airport can be reached by car or public transport, just in a few minutes.

In a distance of a short walk are the ancient town of Nessebar, Sunny Beach resort, the balneal resort of Pomorie.

The climate of the village enjoys many sunny days per year. In the summer there is a few degrees cooler and winter - warmer than the rest of the coast. It reflected the closeness of the Balkan Mountains protect the area from cold north winds in winter, which are very refreshing in the summer.

The bathing season extends from the middle of May to the late September.  The shallow sea bay warms quickly in the spring to a comfortable 20 degrees.

The clean air, the safe peaceful surroundings, the pleasant climate, the shallow sea with sloping sandy bottom, the convenient access to attractions and sights, the proximity to large cities - all this makes Ravda an excellent place for recreation and round-the-year living.
