RIF 3 complex is situated at only 5 minute walking distance from the beach, it is near the center of Ravda village and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, cafes and a doctor’s surgery. The bus stop is nearby where you can take the bus and reach the Aqua Park, the ancient city of Nessebar and the Sunny Beach with its whole range of entertainment in just a few minutes. What is more, it will take you only 20-25 minutes to get to the international airport or the city of Burgas – excellent places for walking and shopping.

The five-storey building of the complex in Mediterranean architectural style is equipped with a lift and includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

Wrought-iron lace-like railings, large French windows, facades, painted in warm colors, arched balconies with columns – all these give the building an elegant and stylish air.

The apartments, conveniently planned, are offered for sale only after being completely finished, at a turn-key stage, with fully accomplished toilet and bathroom facilities, kitchen zone connections, internet and cable TV. The price of every apartment includes air-conditioning and a boiler.

The maintenance fee in the amount of 8 U / sq m with VAT includes the use of the pool, elevator, parking, cleaning and technical support of the common parts of the building, the territory of the complex, as well as internet access.

RIF complex is located in a good spot, in a distance just five minutes walk from two sandy beaches. In a few minutes it can reach the village center and Aqua Park. Near the complex there are many shops, including working year round, catering, a bus stop. To the nearest international airport can be reached by car or public transport, just in a few minutes. 

In a distance of a short walk are the ancient town of Nessebar, Sunny Beach resort, the balneal resort of Pomorie. 

The climate of the village enjoys many sunny days per year. In the summer there is a few degrees cooler and winter - warmer than the rest of the coast. It reflected the closeness of the Balkan Mountains protect the area from cold north winds in winter, which are very refreshing in the summer. 

The bathing season extends from the middle of May to the late September.  The shallow sea bay warms quickly in the spring to a comfortable 20 degrees. 

The clean air, the safe peaceful surroundings, the pleasant climate, the shallow sea with sloping sandy bottom, the convenient access to attractions and sights, the proximity to large cities - all this makes Ravda an excellent place for recreation and round-the-year living.
